Go to Administration → System Setup.

Currency - this allows you to dictate how you are shown all currency in the system.

Bottle Deposit - this is for enabling the bottle deposit scheme.

Credit Limit - setting a credit limit for your customers as a default across the system (This can be done manually in each outlet).

Date and Time - choosing your date format for the system and your time zone.

Dispatch Notifications - this is for turning on the ability to send one or both an SMS/Email for customers when dispatching orders.

Kegstar - allowing the integration of kegstar to your system.

Company Language - for setting the language and number format used for documents and background processes.

Product Batch Display Cutoff - Define how long batches should be shown in the distribution app. This setting will prevent the app trying to load as many batches leading to slight delays and a drop down filled with old batches. Product batches can still be added even if they do not appear in the drop down.
